How to Use Concentra Telemed

• Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and a valid photo ID before getting started.
• Register for a Concentra Telemed account using your email address. If you are an existing user, simply log in.
• After logging in, select “Request Visit” to connect with a care coordinator.
• The care coordinator will guide you through the check-in process and gather relevant information about your condition.
• Once the check-in process is complete, you will be connected with a clinician for personalized treatment.

This platform is designed for employees with employer authorization to assess and treat work-related injuries remotely, where permitted by local regulations.

If you utilize Apple Health, you have the option to share health data with the provider during your virtual consultation, including heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, dietary details, and respiratory rate.
